Our process, Built around you
Start with the goal.
Give the work a reason.
Understand the business problem, choose the priorities, put the plan into practice, and assess what happens. You’ll know why we’re doing the work and where your input matters.
Let’s find your starting pointFrom first hello to what’s next
A process with
room for you.
The goal sets the direction. Your budget, available evidence, and capacity help us choose a realistic scope and pace.
- 01
A conversation
Start with the real problem.
Tell me what you sell, who you want to reach, and what happens between someone finding you and becoming a customer. We’ll discuss the obstacle, the opportunity, and whether I can help.
- What you can expect
- A proposed scope, investment, and next steps.
- Where you come in
- Your priorities, questions, and an honest picture of where things stand.
- 02
Discovery & planning
Give the work a direction.
We review your audience, offer, current marketing, and available evidence. Then we set priorities, agree on the customer action we want to support, and define what we can measure.
- What you can expect
- A strategy brief with priorities, agreed measures, responsibilities, and review points.
- Where you come in
- The onboarding questionnaire, available materials, and one lead for feedback.
- 03
Create & refine
Put the strategy to work.
I create the agreed pages, messages, and marketing materials around the customer decisions we identified. At each review, we check the work against the business goal and the evidence we have.
- What you can expect
- Work you can review against the brief, with the agreed revisions.
- Where you come in
- Consolidated feedback and approvals at each checkpoint.
- 04
Prepare & launch
Put the details through their paces.
Check that the offer is accurate, the inquiry or booking path works, and any agreed tracking records the intended actions. Review the website across devices and approve campaign destinations before publishing.
- What you can expect
- An agreed launch checklist, your approval, and a practical handover.
- Where you come in
- Final factual checks, account invitations where needed, and permission to go live.
- 05
Care & improvement
Build on what you learn.
With ongoing marketing support, we compare the agreed measures with the starting point and discuss the quality of the inquiries you receive. We use that evidence to decide what to keep, change, or test next. Care plans cover the upkeep agreed in your scope.
- What you can expect
- A defined care or marketing plan, or a clear handover if the project ends here.
- Where you come in
- Business updates, customer feedback, and the next priorities.
After we agree the scope
Let’s get the details
out of your inbox.
The onboarding questionnaire gathers the details we’ll use at kickoff: your audience, goals, materials, and working preferences. It’s for an agreed project; you don’t need to complete it to inquire.

to expect.
The schedule depends on scope, content readiness, integrations, and review availability. We agree milestones in the proposal and revisit dates together if priorities or dependencies change.
That can be part of the work. We identify what already exists and include the copy, content, or brand support you need in the scope before starting.
The proposal sets the deliverables and review rounds. You collect feedback from your decision-makers into one response. If a new request changes the scope, we agree its cost and timing before adding it.
Ongoing marketing, hosting, and care are scoped separately. You can discuss support during planning, or finish with a documented handover. Account ownership and responsibilities are agreed up front.
Let’s talk about your business
You don’t need all the answers.
Just a place to start.
Tell me what you’d like to improve. We’ll work out what matters first and whether we’re the right fit.
